A Julian studied my house and recommended replacing my old equipment with a new conventional boiler. Due to the complexities of my house and the building codes a high efficiency system would have cost over $10K more! The new conventionals are 85% efficient, so they are not much less efficient than the high efficiency models.
The work was scheduled and completed on time and the new system looks great. I love the indirect hot water heater and the instant hot water circulating pump that is electronically controlled to shut off. Just turn on the hot water and out comes hot water. No more waiting, and the pump only runs as needed.
It was great working with Anthony over the past few months. Anthony helped with multiple projects around the house and did everything to perfection. Along the way, he offered useful insights and recommendations. His prices were reasonable and his workmanship is second to none. Anthony is an honest professional and an amazing human being. Anthony is super responsive. Needless to say, he is, and will be, our go-to person for all our plumbing needs. I cannot recommend him enough.
