It's not unusual to seek out chiropractic care for back pain. However, at Foundation Chiropractic I experienced some benefits that were unexpected. I immediately had relief of foot pain that I had been experiencing and then gradually began sleeping better and had more energy. The back discomfort is getting better slowly but surely. I like their approach and how everything is explained as I went through the process. Highly recommend Dr. Rob and his holistic approach to chiropractic care.

Dr. Rob and Lea are so inviting and welcoming. You can feel that they are personally invested in your health and goals. Their program is designed to help you get ahead of your problems, rather than addressing them with a band-aid.

Dr. Rob is fantastic! I was at an impasse in my health journey and couldn’t make any progress so I decided to look for a chiropractor to try a different approach. I had never been to a chiropractor before and so only had the pretty scary neck adjustment image in my brain when I went. Dr. Rob was super clear and easy to talk to and understand from the start, he provides a ton of great information both during a visit and through helpful tips to help solidify progress from home. I’ve experienced so many benefits (better sleep, higher energy, clearer thinking…) and I know I still have so many to gain.
