We have known everyone at YGK for two years now and can honestly say that it is so hard to find such a hardworking, honest, reliable, and perfectionist (Anton!) group of people. Kara has been absolutely wonderful from start to finish with her creativity, communication, and warmth. She and the rest of the team have put out multiple fires caused by third parties, come to the rescue for things big and small, and have gone out of their way to bring some of our wacky ideas to life when no one else could. It has been such a great experience working with Polina and the YGK team. Besides their modern kitchen cabinets that my wife and I love, I am amazed with level of customer care they continue to provide. Home renovation is inevitably stressful yet Polina and her team made it as pleasant as it possibly can be. Any questions or concerns throughout the process and also after the cabinet/appliances installation Polina has been always there for us, answering questions, resolving any concerns we have. I worked closely with Kara from the Newton showroom to design both my custom kitchen and dining banquette. She always delivers items on time, explained pricing to us and closely paid attention to all of the dimensions which led to my appliances fitting well and looking as I envisioned it. Bauformat has good quality, unique design touches and a variety of materials. Yes, they are pricey but we found it to be worth it in the end for the aesthetics and quality we got.
