Peter Helmes has been my wonderful trainer for 6 years now, and he's kept me loose, moving, and injury free all this time. Workouts are varied, interesting, and fun. They draw on his skills in martial arts, sports, weight training, massage and massage gun use, and his knowledge of body mechanics, what happens as we age and tighten, and how to loosen and get long unused tight muscles to work and move properly again. I am now able to do my many physical activities and hobbies without difficulty or injury. He is also a very nice, responsible, reliable person. I highly recommend Peter!

In my long history of ballet, fitness, yoga and Pilates, I've experienced and worked with many trainers. There's a vast difference between a teacher and a cheerleader and Peter is a teacher who can see imbalances and personal structural anomalies. He offers solutions to create harmony and balance in the body. He works from his vast understanding of muscle function and my work with him has been eye-opening and a distinct pleasure. Maybelle

I have been training with Jason via Peter for the last 8 months. I came to the gym with chronic back pain and a chronic shoulder injury despite several rounds of physical therapy. I can happily say that my back pain is gone (turns out with was from weak glutes) and my shoulder pain is MUCH better. I've made major strides in strength and functionality which were my primary goals. A bonus has been a 35lbs weight loss. I HIGHLY recommend Jason and Peter. Their knowledge of body mechanics, anatomy and functional goals has been invaluable to me.
