A hidden treasure....takes some effort to find it tucked north of Washington St in W Newton, but worth the effort. Park on the street, staff is amazing, they found me an arcane $13 replacement part (DIY) which I feared I would have to pay hundreds of dollars to my plumber. Don't go to big box stores for plumbing needs, go to Portland Group.

Best customer service ever! I am a home owner , not a contractor. My soil pump was broken and it is still within warranty. The contractor installing it retired. He told me it was purchased here. So I came in to see if they can help with my warranty. They did!
