Patients have reported having a positive experience with the doctors and nurses, who are described as nice, supportive, and good at what they do. They make patients feel comfortable and provide excellent care, resulting in a positive birth experience. However, some patients have noted that the front desk staff could improve their manner to provide a more welcoming experience for patients, especially those who are postpartum. Overall, the practice is highly recommended for expecting parents.
Had the best experience with Dr.Errison and her team during my pregnancy and C-section. As a very nervous patient she made me feel extremely comfortable throughout my entire pregnancy which resulted in a very positive birth experience. She is amazing!
This review is coming from the father’s side where we just welcomed our brand new baby girl, thanks in large part to the amazing staff here.While I’m sure everyone is different, we have never experienced any of the behavior mentioned in some of these reviews. We’ve never experienced any sort of attitude or had any significant wait times and everyone has been extremely nice, supportive, and most important - very good at what they do.For any newly expecting parents - don’t hesitate to come here. Behind the office visits was an amazing staff of prenatal, labor and delivery, and postnatal nurses and very nice hospital facilities.
Cannot stress enough how nice all doctor and nurses are at this practice. The only reason for lower star rating would be the manner of the front desk. I hope they take the comments on here seriously since the front desk is the one greeting the patients who are in postpartum and it’s really important to be professional and kind. I’m not surprised how many comments/ reviews on here are about how the reception/ front desk people are.
