I had a very pleasant experience with hygienist Janet in this office, she was attentive, gentle and patiently explained my questions with her in-depth knowledge, she was incredible, I am totally convinced that I am in good hands for dental care here.
The office setting and front desk staffs are welcoming, Dr. Cowen was impressive, so was Victoria ( hope I catch the name correctly) who I worked with during my first visit, they reminded me about the dental team that I was with for more than a decade before moving to Boston.
I am glad to hear that the office is expanding, definitely will recommend this office to my friends.
Great doctor and hygienist (Meghan). What I like the most about this place is that you can communicate with the hygienist and staff through text and phone; there is always a person (not a robot or answering machine) answer your questions which makes it so personable and accessible.
The team is always very thorough and nice! I always feel taken care of and listened to whether it be the front desk staff or doctors! Just had my 6 month cleaning check up with Victoria, and the process was completely painless!
