Would give this place more stars if I could. Dealt with Lauren and Melyssa before even going in for services and their kindness and professionalism made me excited to go!! The visit itself was amazing! Melyssa is kind, honest, sweet, professional and individualized. You know she is hearing you, wants you to look and feel your best, doesn't pressure you for a sale, and is so caring and constantly healing on you , your thoughts, and how you feel. Great experience here. I got my hair done previously at a different salon where there was some miscommunication and I was disappointed with how my hair turned out. M. Castilli Salon, even though they're practically booked for the summer, squeezed me in for an appointment with Lauren within a week of me desperately looking to get my hair fixed. To fit me into her schedule, she also worked out of her availability and stayed late on a Friday!! Like what!! It wasn't even like I was a loyal client. I can't say enough good things about this salon! I've been getting my hair cut and colored professionally for more than 20 years by various stylists across the country. To be honest, I always thought hair stylists were kind of the same. After every cut and color over the years, I would leave the salon just feeling blah after spending a lot of money on a cut & color. My hair style has always been basic and it was certainly not anything to write home about...no matter the length, cut or color.
