We've had numerous instances where Keyes went beyond and above to save the day. When our power failed in mid-winter snowstorm, they were able to fix it quickly before our pipes froze. Routine maintenance is completely promptly and efficiently. They are always on time (or clearly give notice if their schedule is running long). The staff is well trained, courteous, and helpful. We've used them for years for all sorts of electrical and HVAC problems and always been happy with the results.

Keyes has been my heating/ac service company for over 20 years. I can't rate them highly enough. They are responsive and if it's a small fix have never made it into a big fix. Today I called because my upstairs heat wasn't working. It was fixed within a couple of hours. You can't go wrong if you use them.

I highly recommend this company! We had problems with our a/c unit, and they've gone above and beyond to make sure that all the correct parts were ordered very quickly and installed professionally. This week we had a second problem, and Mike came and was able to diagnose the issue right away and ordered the part and installed it 45 minutes (!!!) later. We now have cool air and I couldn't be more thankful!!
