Gallinelli Plumbing is the only service I would use. From day one they have been responsive, attentive and conscientious in their work. I used them for plumbing issues and to hook up a stove. I've also had him work on my mom's house and she was extremely impressed with them. Not sure where the negative review above came from. Does not sound like it's the same plumber from my experience. My 10 years experience!

Why is it that the water heater fails at the worst possible time? A Friday, between Christmas and New Year's, and with house guests about to arrive. I called Gallinelli as soon as I discovered the problem, early in the morning. Lisa returned my call immediately, had a new water heater delivered to the house and it was installed later that morning. I can't imagine being happier with Gallinelli, and there's a reason I've been a loyal customer for 25 years. Can't speak highly enough about these folks.

I had a leak coming from a pipe that carried the waste from the kitchen sink to the stack (then to the sewer). Every time I had a large amount of water going down the kitchen drain (like a bucket full all at one time), it would spill over and cause a small puddle on the cellar floor. I contacted Kai at Gallinelli Plumbing to see what could be done to fix this issue. After reviewing the issue, there was a 2-foot crack in the pipe leading to the stack, which needed to be replaced. At the same time, Kai had a small space to work in since the water heater was in the same location, along with the pipe needing to be at a specific angle to connect to the stack.
