I always have a good experience here. The staff is always friendly and professional. My favorite one is Sydney, so I try to make my appointments with her. She is warm, kind, and professional. She puts me at ease so I don’t feel self-conscious. They all do a good job. Sydney gives me great skin-care tips as well as really good results, along with her gentle good humor and calm professionalism.

I had the BEST experience here!! i was a little nervous for my Brazilian because everyone says it hurts soooo bad, but mine barely hurt! i went and saw queen laura and she did SUCH A GOOD JOB. she made me feel so comfortable and there is absolutely no judgement or anything. overall, its super sanitary, super clean, super fast, and super GREAT!!!

The girl at the front desk was really nice and friendly, I saw Kirsten for the wax and she was so funny and sweet. Also she worked quickly but it didn’t feel rushed at all. I’m really happy with the results, and will definitely see her again!
