When my cat climbed a tree and seemed to potentially be stuck up there, I called around to various arborists. Nate was calm and reassuring -- and instead of sending someone right over and charging lots of money, he gave me expert guidance on what to try before calling in a professional. He said that in his experience, 90% of cats "stuck" in trees figure out how to come down on their own in a couple hours, and he gave me tips on what to do to encourage my cat to come down. Sure enough, a couple of hours later, my cat climbed down safely.
