I went for the first time and it was so amazing. It was my first facial ever and it was wonderful. So relaxing, and refreshing. The atmosphere is so comfortable and soothing. The staff is very nice and professional. Natalie gave me a yummy chocolate and green tea afterwards. I will definitely keep coming back :)

Postitive: Professionalism, Communication, Cleanliness, FriendlyI have been a client for over 10 years and have only had positive experiences. Sophia and Natalie are the only people I let touch my face, and I've recommended their services to many family and friends. The team is incredibly knowledgable, and they only use the highest-quality products. Each facial is customized based on what my skin needs. My sensitivity is gone and my skin looks fantastic. Everyone is so incredibly nice and service oriented. And their dedication to cleanliness and creating a safe (esp in the COVID era) and relaxing environment for patrons is unmatched.

Was given a birthday present facial and threading at Skin Innovations and as a woman of a certain age I didn't know what to expect but I have to say I walked out of there with much younger looking and refreshed skin and with nicer brows under the care of Natalie. I was greeted at the locked door by a very friendly helpful masked woman who hung up my bag and my coat and took my temperature without being touched. She disinfected the bottom of my shoes and my hands at the door to enter the spa so I felt they are being careful about covid-19. When I entered the treatment room and met Natalie she was using all the Covid prevention protocols like the mask, shield, gloves etc....read full review
