I’ve been training at Bodyscapes for two years and am so happy with the results. My trainer Julie sets up programs which align with my goals and makes sure I am doing the exercises safely and correctly. She pushes me to challenge myself and I feel comfortable asking questions and trying new exercises. The gym has trainers with years of experience who care about their clients. It is a great environment to reach your fitness goals!

This is a great gym. I started coming here in the hopes of getting in better shape and to give exercise more priority in my schedule. It was really a great decision. The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and attentive to having you learn good form. I have worked with a number of different trainers over the years and have been happy with the gains in my strength and overall fitness. I look forward to my sessions and recommend that you give them a try.

I have been working out at One2One BodyScapes for over twelve years. Working with a personal trainer is motivating, and the trainers I have worked with always find ways to accommodate whatever issues and pains I have (and at eighty, I have my share). Working around other clients feels supportive rather than competitive. I do not make excuses to avoid going, which I might if I belonged to a conventional gym.
