“Mandala Massage Center is among the very best massage therapy locations in Newton. I have been here several times and have always had an exceptional, professional and relaxing massage experience. Mia is the owner I believe and she also is the very pleasant and friendly lady at the front reception area. Mia is always friendly, warm and a pleasure to speak with. Laura is also a very nice person and friendly, too. I met Kathleen as well and likewise Kathleen was a very friendly, pleasant and courteous person. The hour rate is 95 dollars and is well worth it. The massage rooms are clean and well accented. Lots of towels and hot stone therapy is also available.Lily was my therapist. Lily is a very personable, skilled and technically gifted therapist. I expressed that I had major soreness in my upper back and shoulders and asked that Lily focus on those areas. She did and did marvelous job in helping to work out the soreness, stress and tension. Light amount of oil was used which was perfect as I do not like copious amounts of oil. After she completed the massage, Lily cleaned off the oil and washed my upper back and shoulder areas to make sure everything was super clean and refreshed and towel dried. I tipped Lily 25 percent because she did a really nice job. I really appreciate Lily and I thank her for a wonderful massage experience. I will become a regular customer. “I have been dealing with acute pain and inability to use my left arm for close to a year before I went to Khoury. I had gone to countless doctors, pain management and chiropractors and even had shots in my spine after being “told” I have cervical spondylitis at a young age on top of other things. After seeing ads for Khoury start popping up on my social medias I decided to try them out cause at that point the doctors were pointing me to fusion surgery which at 28 was crazy to think I would have to have. Edward has set up his website and scheduling process so that new clients get as much detailed information on what a lomi lomi massage is and how it is a different experience than other types of massages. I was impressed by the amount of time he spent ensuring that this was the right type of massage for me. He’s a great listener as well.

As for the massage, it was amazing; it felt like a cross between hula dance and the being among the waves of the ocean. I was able to quiet my mind and my body felt rebalanced afterwards. So I thought I would give Personal Care Chiropractic a shot when I saw the sign as I biked by. Dr. Nick Stamoulos has been great. I've been there 5-6 times already, and he's done a great job. He adjusts me every bit as well as the Norwood doctor, but even more thoroughly. He has a strength in his hands that I find comforting, like feeling that everything he's doing is controlled and within his power. Does that make sense? He also has provided stretches for me, some posture advice, and takes an active interest in my exercise regimen. I am confident I will turn to him without reservation when my somewhat chronic back issues flare up.“
