Mandala Massage Center is among the very best massage therapy locations in Newton. I have been here several times and have always had an exceptional, professional and relaxing massage experience. Mia is the owner I believe and she also is the very pleasant and friendly lady at the front reception area. Mia is always friendly, warm and a pleasure to speak with. Laura is also a very nice person and friendly, too. I met Kathleen as well and likewise Kathleen was a very friendly, pleasant and courteous person. The hour rate is 95 dollars and is well worth it. Visited Mandala last night (7.00) pm appointment and got 10.00 off my massage. I really enjoyed it. Heard mixed reviews about this place and wondered how they could be around for so many years if, any of the negative reviews that I read had a shred of truth to them. I'm very happy that I decided to judge for myself and give Mandala a try. Really enjoyed my professional massage.!!

Mandala spa is a nice little retreat, just down the street from O'Hara's in Newton. From the front - you wouldn't realize what a treasure it is. The interior isn't quite up to the standards of the highest-end spas downtown, but it's clean, pleasant, and very relaxing. Sure - it's not quite as nice - but you're saving an hour or more of driving time, plus tolls, gas, etc. And the quality of the most important thing - the massage - is as good as it gets. All of the therapists I've seen are great, but Sandra is my favorite. She's really amazing. Patient, thoughtful, and incredibly skilled. Definitely ask for her if she's available.
