Cherkas Home Improvement always sends excellent tradesmen and women. You can try to get cheaper labor but as they say in Spanish, "lo barato sale caro"-- cheap work ends up costing you.
Phil has a wonderful reliable team--he even found someone to replace my old window cords and weights in my 100 year old house.The painting jobs are always first class. And I have been having Jay Bird come every year to trim the trumpet vine off my roof---which mattered to my new home insurance company! Anything I can't do myself, will be done by Cherkas Home Improvement. Your house will thank you!

We have had a large amount of work done to improve our home during the past 5 years, all expertly done by Cherkas Home Improvement! All of the work was done by an excellent team , under the direction of Phil Cherkas.
