i for get about this place he wanted to bargin the prices i just wanted my jeans made shorter (cuff leg) he said $$ i told him no so he said ok how much do you want pay?his price was very high. $HES RUDE

I have used this business for alterations for many years. I recently brought in a bait of capris that I needed the waist taken in. They did nothing that I wanted for 25.00. I understand it's under new management. Do not go there for any tailoring.

Uh, no. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere, ANYWHERE else. Their customer service and cleaning service ARE HORRIBLE.
I brought my favorite expensive comforter set to them to DRY CLEAN because I drive past this location on Route 9( 21 Jackson St. Newton) as I live on Boylston St. I recently moved to Newton and previously got the comforter DRY CLEANED at Walnut Cleaners in Dorchester, who I must say ALWAYS did an EXCELLENT JOB as they honestly DRY CLEANED it and did NOT DECEPTIVELY MACHINE WASH IT!!!!. I sent the below complaint to the Better Business Burea in 12/28/18 and the owners NEVER responded so the BBB closed the case!:
