I could not be happier that it was Vaz Construction that we decided to go with when we decided to do a complete renovation on the outside of our home! Ryan Smith was such a pleasure to work with to make our vision come true! He answered every question we had promptly and thoroughly and really helped guide us through the whole process! All of the workers including Mike another project manager on the job could not be more pleasant to work with! I cannot say enough about my experience with Vaz Construction! They remodeled 2 bathrooms plus added a new en-suite. Mike Vaz and his crew did a phenomenal job! Excellent communication throughout the process and everything turned out better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend them for all of your construction needs!!
They have too many people involved in a project, so they lack serious communication.
They have a sales person, project manager, the head of the project for the day, owners, plus workers…
And none of them seem to communicate well within their territory. I do not recommend for a small job.
