Vineeta is such an amazing Yogi. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of yoga. She is not just for show she really wants to help people grow and heal. Yoga is such a great practice for mind, body and soul if done correctly. It is not about looking perfect. It is a self practice that can take you to other levels in life and balance you. It is a competition with yourself to do better or even just have a safe space to grow. This studio has shown me what yoga is really about and also makes it fun and enjoyable. I am Grateful for the community that is being built here.

The most genuine yoga experiences I've ever been lucky enough to stumble across. I appreciate this woman for so many reasons. Her balance poise and natural tendency to laughter is a balloon lifting spirits any day while gently and firmly pushing for progress and improvement. She makes teaching all skill levels seem effortless which I 100p know it is not. Check her out! <3

Such a great studio with amazing teachers!! So thankful I was able to find Vineeta to help improve my flexibility and mobility while making each class equally fun and challenging.From beginner to advanced she has this great ability to cater to each person to help achieve individual goals throughout every class. With such amazing teachers offering power sculpt, Pilates, breathing and sound healing to fit each need. Highly recommended!!
