Went in for a haircut with Michelle. Appointment process was a breeze I was contacted the day before my appointment with a reminder. I arrived to the location was greeted by my hairdresser the building is really upscale and nice.Clean and well maintained. I received an excellent haircut from Michelle who I had given a hairstyle to work with and she nailed it. Station was well organized and spotless as well.Affordable pricing I will be a returning customer. Be sure to ask for Michelle if you want amazing customer service and a skilled stylist.

I have been a client at the Polished Look salon for several years and the service they provide is outstanding. The staff is always pleasant and professional. They treat their clients more like family than customers. The staff all go out of their way to accommodate you not only with the services they offer, but they make every effort to work with you around your scheduling needs.
