I have encountered various customer service teams for warranty issues, both good and bad. The customer service from their warranty team is very unique; they yell at you, use offensive language over the phone, and make threats!
Atrocious work environment I would not suggest using any of their products or trusting any of their employees they hire nothing but temps then treat them like trash theirs a very fat man that work their that thinks he’s king of the world they show nepotism and favoritism completely toxic environment would not recommend working here or buying any products
28 years and counting!!2 years ago I inherited a very old home with a SuperStor water heater that is connected to my boiler. I recently have begun to have issues with the slow recovery rate of my hot water. It would take many hours for the hot water to build back up after only one shower.I called HTP and they were able to tell me everything I needed to know about my water heater just by telling them the serial and model numbers. Devon walked me through a few very simple troubleshooting steps. When I flushed some of the water out, it was completely clean (which is impressive since is has not been flushed in over two years).
