Not only is he knowledgeable, hard-working, and professional, but also kind, always positive, and very responsive with texts and/or phone calls. The guys were fantastic!! They were fast, efficient, friendly, and respectful of our home. We had our entire basement, 2 stairways, and 2 bedrooms cleaned and the rugs came out great! They were able to move furniture so as to clean the entire wall to wall carpet. I would definitely recommend Freedom for your rug cleaning needs.
