Wish I could leave no stars. First I call to make an appointment about a broken tooth and waited MONTHS (January 3rd to May 17th) to even be seen for them to then cancel my appointment for first thing on a Monday morning because I didn't confirm on Friday when I don't leave work until 6pm when they're already closed. That's one day wasted I took off work. I call about an infection that had developed on the same tooth, they didn't even tell me they sent over antibiotics, the pharmacy had to notify me so I hadn't even been on the antibiotics for 24hours by my next appointment, so another day off work wasted. Wish I could leave no stars. First I call to make an appointment about a broken tooth and waited MONTHS (January 3rd to May 17th) to even be seen for them to then cancel my appointment for first thing on a Monday morning because I didn't confirm on Friday when I don't leave work until 6pm when they're already closed. That's one day wasted I took off work. I call about an infection that had developed on the same tooth, they didn't even tell me they sent over antibiotics, the pharmacy had to notify me so I hadn't even been on the antibiotics for 24hours by my next appointment, so another day off work wasted. Then today I am stuck in traffic due to an accident and was on hold for over 15 minutes trying to tell them that and get told at 9:14 as I'm finally pulling into the Parking lot that I can't be seen because I'm now 15 minutes late. Another day wasted. But when a friend of mine was 20 minutes late there last week they took her no problem. Normally I wouldn't flip out but when I've been more than enough patience after being in pain for months and getting the run around from these crooks, enough is enough. I should have looked at the reviews first because clearly this isn't the first time they've done this either.

DO NOT TRUST WHAT YOU READ FOR THIS LOCATION. Pretty sure it's a whole different company now cause the times are wrong (they close at 5pm not 7pm) and they DO NOT take walk-ins. Wasted my time twice trying to go there because appts are hard for me to keep and it said they took walk-ins.. so make sure you have an appt if your gonna go there. Super annoyed and will not go back. Hope this helps.
