Robby, Came to my house a few times. Recommend a few things that should be done. He gave me a price and fixed a couple of things. . I never seen a Plummer with so much detail work everything he does has to be perfect especially when he works on heating systems.Services: Faucet installation

WT Colpitts was recommended to us to rework plumbing runs in our basement for a new septic system. Master plumber Leo Lanzoni came out to look at the job. He gave the project a lot of thought, suggested options, and was a calm and reassuring presence throughout the job. His expertise and forsight was invaluable and he worked well with our septic installer and engineer. The scope of work and cost estimate was detailed and thorough, and the final bill came in under the estimate. Leo and apprentice plumber Cody were always considerate, professional, and did everything possible to accommodate our timeline. The workmanship and attention to detail was exceptional, plus they are just pleasant and nice gentlemen!

Rob (the owner) made his way (first thing of his week, next day of my call) out of his 10miles circle of service for me as a first time HTP customer and served my thankless high sophisticated combined unit more than perfectly. First he came punctual, very nice attitude, open to oversee his work immediately, worked after listening of the problem, , free to teach, and figured out the problem in less than 5min: clogged drain filter and outlet/trap. The cost are reasonable, charged only the work time and was overall an extreme nice and successful repair-visit. He knows extreme good the instrument and was "operating" it like a car: Very caring in fact saved my life!! by adjusting it to perfect burning conditions. It was a really (unfortunately uncommon) extreme nice and beautiful definable satisfactory experience which I had long time not had. He is the only HTP (and perfectly knowledgeable as well an enthusiast) of HTP equipment (best boiler on the market). Extreme highly recommendable!!
