I spoke to Joe initially almost two years ago for an unrelated issue but saved Spectrum in my phone for when the inevitable happened and something broke. Recently my very old oil tank started to leak and I called a few places to get quotes but Joe was my first call and Joe took the time to come and check the tank to make sure it actually needed replacement and to collect the info he needed to provide an accurate quote.
