I called McDonnell Plumbing & Heating this morning, expecting to hear that I'd have to wait a day or two to have my broken pipe repaired. Instead I received an incredibly prompt response followed by excellent work.I've owned homes for many years. Therefore, I've had occasion to deal with plumbers. Happy that McDonnell solved a tricky issue for me. Before contacting McDonnell, I had a different plumber come out, but they couldn't locate the part needed to make a repair. Not only did McDonnell find the part, but they kept me informed via email/text throughout the process.
