Tatyana Vinnikova's Golden Light Studio is a wonderful escape from the "real world" into the world of mind, body and spirit. No matter what level of yoga, she will make you feel comfortable. Her experience and love for her art of yoga is awe-inspiring. I have been a long- time, devoted student for 10 years and look forward to many more.

Tatyana created a very special atmosphere in her studio – I feel welcomed whenever I come and no matter how many classes I skipped... I am not very strong or flexible, but I never feel judged or self-conscious in her class. Tatyana is a very warm person, she cares deeply about her students. Her relationship with us is not limited to just yoga sessions. She organizes pot luck lunches where everybody brings homemade healthy food to share, people come to her workshops and guided meditation sessions.
