A big THANK YOU to Barbara who delivered excellent customer service to my husband. We renovated our bathroom back in 2019 and purchased most of the fixtures and fittings at Frank Webb in Needham. The Grohe faucet started to leak a few months ago. My husband called to see if there was anything they could do for him. Barbara pulled up our order and within 48 hours she had a replacement in the store for him to pick up. Nice to know that there is still excellent customer service still out there!!

Trying to find a pendant light fixture for our kitchen renovation was a challenge. I googled and visited many stores with no success and no interaction from store staff. Elizabeth Dankaro at Frank Webb Home in Needham rescued me. She listened, asked questions that helped me to clarify what features were most important, and guided me to a catalog that showed several good candidates. Her followup was to contact the distributors and to identify which lamps were available in our time frame. She emailed us midweek with images and details. We went to Frank Webb Home in Needham as we had previously purchased kitchen reno products. All the staff were so helpful but in particular Elizabeth Dankaro. Elizabeth gracefully managed that fine balance of being available to answer questions while not following us around while we looked for products needed. Elizabeth and the sales staff at the Needham store were exceptional. I highly recommend Frank Webb Home, Needham and Elizabeth Dankaro!!
