Dr. Russ and her staff are incredible. She takes the time to check in with her patients on a personal level and genuinely cares. Her work is phenomenal and she doesn’t settle with anything less than perfect. Absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever had, and it’s not even close. She somehow manages to make the trips to the dentist enjoyable. Dr Russ and her team are not only incredibly kind and compassionate, their work and attention to detail is the absolute best of the best.

Excellent initial exam at Russ Familiy Clinic with Dr. Walter. The clinic is super clean and modern, and Dr. Walter provided a very comprehnsive review of my dental health. Outstanding first visit, sad to leave Cornerstone but great to know our new home for Dentistry is so outstanding. Thank you to the Team at Russ Family Dental in Needham!

I have been a patient of Dr. Elizabeth Russ for the past seven years and can’t say enough about her gentle and caring way in which she has treated me! She has always gone above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me, especially in times of emergencies! Three weeks ago, I suffered extensive damage to my front teeth as I had been cruelly assaulted in a supermarket parking lot. My front teeth were so badly traumatized that I have needed to see Dr. Russ for immediate attention! I can’t tell you the comfort and reassurance I experienced once seated in Dr. Russ’ office.
