I had a great experience with Steve. He listened to me, and adjusted accordingly to help my lower back and my muscles feel 100% better. I sit at a desk all day and I'm training for a marathon, so this was a much needed visit. I was having a lot of stiffness in my lower back, but I was amazed how much better I now feel from an hour massage.

Editing my rating as Tracy is phenomenal. It’s been moths of trying to schedule, the confirmation goes out, I accept, I always get a call now that the confirmation is wrong and we have to reschedule. It’s disappointing that I had one great experience and can’t seem to get in again, so unfortunately due to super limiting appointments and front desk staff that hangs up on you when you want to call back to try to reschedule, I’ll be going somewhere else.

I have been going to Elements Massage since they opened, and I am a member here.Steve is absolutely outstanding as a masseuse, and Steve is the most senior therapist at this location.I highly recommend Steve, and I typically see him 90% of the time, and other times Charmese, who is excellent.If you are looking for deep tisuue due to injuries both are excellent and I highly recommend them.The front desk staff with Janice and Lauren are also very professional too, and if you are working to get in, they will put you on a cancellation list and follow through 100% of the time.I have been to other locations but the Elements in Needham is my favorite place!
