From the moment I met Erik, I knew I wanted to work with him for repainting the exterior of my condo triple decker in JP. His proposal was very thorough... he took great care to include specific line items and photographs. Once the other condo owners agreed, he quickly got us onto the schedule. He was friendly and professional the whole time, including when some unforeseen damage was uncovered after the scraping and prep work began so the scope had to be increased to replace disintegrated shingles and clapboards carpentry. Erwin’s whole team was amazing! The high quality workmanship shows in every detail and all of the guys were polite, kept the area amazingly clean and were incredibly quiet since we were all working/schooling from home. They even handled our indecisiveness, last minute additions and constant questions with patient grace. The house is absolutely gorgeous! They gave this old beauty an overdue makeover and brought her back to her full glory.
