She has the knowledge and awareness of how the body is working just by observing it and paying attention to the way we speak about our bodies, things that might have happened to have resulted in tightness - which is my case. The entire time I was there she made me feel comfortable enough to talk about difficult topics as we were going through my body adjustments. I am fascinated by her and her practice. Diana is the most talented rolfer or bodywork professional that I've ever worked with. Her intervention helps so much with my ongoing illness and body pain that my doctor recommends ongoing visits as part of my treatment. She's incredibly knowledgeable about how different systems within the body work and willing to customize treatments to your unique needs. After every visit, I feel much better and have experienced long-term health improvements as a result to being in her practice. I love Diana and her work. I was introduced to Rolfing by a coworker, after I complained about depression and body aches. Rolfing has changed my entire life, allowing me to finally stand up tall without forcing myself. Diana is legit the BEST person, especially because she always allows me to talk non stop without making me feel bad (and I talk a lot y'all, soooo). She's also just very talented. Let me say that an unbelievably high pain tolerance, but she's able to finally able to get parts of my body that always seem to hurt.
