My kids and I have been going here for several months (multiple days per week). My 1:1 training sessions have been excellent. Working with Adam has really motivated me to get back into shape for all the sports I like to play (primarily tennis). My kids are teens and Pure Performance has amazing programs for young athletes who want to do off field/court training with trainers who have experience working with this cohort. No matter what time of day I’m at the gym (I’m writing this in July), there are high school and college athletes working hard with their friends— it’s a great vibe. Highly recommended!

Broke my arm this Fall in a football game. PPT made sure to send me a specialized workout plan catered to my needs, making sure I don’t fall behind on any of my gains. Can’t recommend this place enough.
