Excellent service and clean facilities. I've been waxed by Sarah multiple times now for back, chest, and legs and she is fantastic. She has excellent technique and makes waxing as painless as possible. During my very first waxing she took the time to explain the process and after care, and what to expect with future waxings. Sarah is super friendly and can hold a conversation throughout the entire session. That really helps make the time go quickly and can take your mind off of any pain. I had a few waxings done at another place, but came back here. Sarah is the best and I'll keep coming back for the quality of service she delivers.

Traci is the best full body waxer bar none! Her eyebrow waxing is impeccable with great attention to detail. The facility is clean and stunning, the staff is friendly and they all remember your name. I cannot say enough about my years of experience with waxing the city Natick.

I have been getting waxed here for about 3 years now. I love working with Julia, she's respectful and funny. Shes listened to my concerns and helped me with a skin care routine. I never feel judged about my body (I'm a big guy). I know each store will be different but if you find a good one keep it!
