Sales people were very helpful, from helping with selection of glasses (which look better?) to offering suggestions. They know their products very well and have good taste! Very professional and personable too.
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t even get annoyed when I kept going back and forth trying on a bunch of glasses before choosing. Only issue is it’s a bit expensive
My in store visit at the Natick mall was very easy and convenient staff was very helpful even though they were busy they made time to help and answer my questions i would recommend this location to anyone who needs glasses
