They have a caring and empathetic approach, treating pets with kindness and respect. The team is knowledgeable and provides detailed explanations of pets' conditions, offering every available option for their health. They go above and beyond to ensure pets receive the best care possible. The practice is led by Dr. Andrea, who is outstanding in her field. She truly cares about her patients and their human families, and is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, gentle and kind, and sensitive and practical in her decision making. Dr. Moolenbeek, another veterinarian at the practice, offers a lot of experience, kindness, and common sense for the care of senior pets. She is professional and positive about treatments, and has successfully treated pets with various issues, even those as old as 15.6 years. The assistants and other staff are also thorough and professional, contributing to the overall excellent service provided by Thrive Pet Healthcare.
Like always the staff is amazing and listens to everything to help make the best diagnosis. They always accept pictures to help make on the spot decisions and is extremely helpful with me as a concerned and stressed owner.
Providers are great however it is extremely expensive. Administratively it is frustrating to get barraged with email and text requests for a referral when they have not yet emailed test results or vaccination reports!
Highly, highly recommend Thrive! My dog has been treated by several Thrive vets, and all have been knowledgeable and caring. Support staff are warm and make him feel at ease. He LOVES going to Four Paws, too—staff are so kind to him, and he has a blast with the other dogs! Having our boy cared for by Thrive staff gives us great peace of mind.
