Contacted them for our furnace not working. Chris came out next day with the right part to have it up and running within 20 minutes. Definitely knowledgeable and professional. Very happy with the service.

Living in Natick I wanted to use a local company. I don't usually look at reviews because there are often written by customers with unreasonable expectations. Target was were quick to schedule, Paul showed up as expected (a little traffic in the morning, unavoidable) was professional, knowledgeable and quickly got to work addressing a deep clean of my floor Mitsubishi split register. They had not installed the unit, but I am truly appreciative that they scheduled me right in, and glad that I chose a competent team.

Target Air Systems always does such an amazing job for us. Thank you so much for fixing our condenser right away in this July heat!! Target Air Systems installed a brand new state-of-the-art HVAC system for our business. Target Air also installed the top bio-defense system in our shop as well, called Synexis. This allowed us to run our operation as we always did during the pandemic. Target Air System also does a great job with maintenance. We are on a maintenance schedule that is great so we never need to worry about our HVAC system. Target Air also does take care of my central air a/c and heating at my house as well.
