I stopped by the Pella showroom in Natick without an appointment and had a very productive experience, thanks to the attentive Brand Ambassador, Traci Corace. She generously took the time to explain the features of the various window and door products, even though my renovation is on the Cape and my contractor would be working with the Centerville showroom. The quality of the service surpassed my expectations!
