“We are very happy with our service from A.J. Rose! We've had two projects with them recently: a new bathroom vinyl floor, and new carpet on the staircase and upper hall. We first spent a lot of time with salesman Andrew who knowledgeably explained our options and patiently endured our indecision before we finally made our choices -- which we have been very happy with, so it was worth taking the time. I had read about vinyl installer Mitch on other reviews and asked for him, and he was everything customers said he was and more. I was surprised how much detailed prep work went into the installation: he put in many hours of leveling and prepping the floor before the vinyl came in, and of course there was a great deal of careful measuring. We enjoyed chatting with Mitch as he worked. But what finally impressed me the most was that Mitch did the most thorough cleanup of any craftsman we've had here. It was literally as though he had never been here, including in our garage where he cut the vinyl. He actually left it cleaner than he'd found it. We had the same terrific experience with carpet installer Santos, who did a beautiful job and was very respectful of our home. We are delighted with our new surfaces and look forward to going back to A.J. Rose for more home improvements.“

“Very pleased with the great work Tao and crew did. We had the floors of two rooms, one hallway, and one set of stairs refinished. Our original sealant was oil based and we wanted low VOC water-based, so Tao found one with a tint that would closely match our other rooms. Communication was excellent, work was started and finished per the promised timeline. The crew did an excellent job prepping the areas so dust from the sanding wouldn't get everywhere. Highly recommended! (Note - the lighting in the photos make the color differences seem more extreme from before and after).“

“Got luxury vinyl plank tile for my kitchen here. The variety in store of plank LVT was good, and there are some many options that can be ordered. The selection of ceramic, porcelain, and glass tiles was allsoo impressive. Prices are very reasonable.

The staff were very helpful in assisting us with comparing products and picking up installation needs like rolls of underlayment for the kitchen floor project and grout for another project. They also helped load everything into my car.“
