Jakob called before hand, was respectful, on time and did an outstanding job and he was communicative!Lucas also needs a shoutout, so flexible and clearly values the customers, which is so rare these days! Newer main water drain pipe exiting home was leaking around pipe itself, esp. when heavy rain occurred. Area around pipe was treated and it has not leaked since. The company as a whole was straight forward from the start and knew their business. Other companies were vague about what might be the cause and cost of repair and started at a much higher base price than CrackX's standard price. Job was done on time, professionally, and I am pleased with the end product.
