They were able to come sooner than expected, came and picked up my chair while I was in the hospital, and did a fantastic job with it. I was not sure the stain could be removed, but they did it beautifully. I also wanted my living room rug cleaned, but it turned out to be a a material that could not be cleaned by them. I as disappointed, but appreciative that they did not ruin the whole thing. High Marks. Thank you!!!!!

Wonderful customer service, nicest people to work with. They went above and beyond when my dog had an accident on our rug on a Friday afternoon during the busiest week of the year. Highly recommend.
