I will only offer a brief warning here re the owner's professionalism. or Lack there of. I asked for an estimate for front porch renovation. He came and told us that the idea of replacing with composite is dated and we could do better. Fine. but then when I asked if he could provide us with other options/estimate, he was so caught up with my hypothetical statement about not being able to do a 10K job since we wanted it done within this year and have only so much in reserve, he was like.. yeah. no. Very unprofessional and rude on the phone! I called to get a quote for a rebuild/remodel in my condo that has extensive water damage from a leak in the roof. The call was answered with only "hello," no identifying info for the company. After being able to give limited info about what was needed, staff asked if the insurance company had paid out. I said I am waiting on the pay out and am getting quotes for the work, as these quotes will be used to request more money if they are higher than the payout. After hearing his staff told me "I think I'm going to pass" on the project. I understand you can't take all projects, but how dismissive and... read full review
