Body Benefits was my go to spa for many years until I relocated. It was a pleasure to come back and to have a full massage by Ruth. She has a very calm and kind spirit; strong hands that found every knot. I left her table feeling relaxed and just a little taller. Thank you, Ruth for your recommendations, I will do them. I am so glad I came to Body Benefits to get pampered before my wedding day. The space immediately relaxes you, with low lighting and luxurious settings.Fiona took great care in scheduling me, and also provided the waxing services. She was swift and very thorough.Jackie gave me a gel mani/pedi. She advised me on the perfect blush pink, even customizing a mix of two colors to give some great dimension. Jackie took great care and I love my nails! The pictures don't do her work justice!!I can't wait to return again. Thank you Body Benefits!
