I don't usually write reviews but I just had to for this one. I switched to Benway Oil last year and I'm so glad I did because they honestly care for their customers in a way my last company never did. When you call a company usually the first thing they ask is if you have a contract with them because if you don't have one they are unwilling to help, but Benway is different, you don't need a contract. Today my oil tank was leaking all over the basement and I immediately called them. I was happily surprised when one of the employees, Paul, arrived at my house less than 15 minutes after the phone call! He was so friendly and definitely knew what he was doing. And you can tell how amazing this company is by how the employees treat you. Paul was great and really made me believe that Benway cares about helping me through this emergency, which is why I needed to come here and just say thank you for everything! I really appreciate the work you guys do and I would 100% recommend this company to everyone.
