These guys are actually knowledgable. I'm grateful I finally found a competent physical therapist that I can trust. Sean went over my whole history, discussed everything with me, answered all my questions, and most importantly created a custom plan for my case. Sarah at the front desk is always helpful and friendly. I takes me 45 minutes to get here but it is totally worth it!

Baystate physical is getting me back to where I need to be. From the front desk, to the therapist the office is very accommodating. Sarah at the front desk has been very pleasant every time I’ve had to call. The late hours works for patients who work in the day time. One of the bonuses is there is on street parking, and well as 4 parking spots on the side of the bldg.
Thank you Baystate for helping me with my road to recovery.Im truly looking forward to climb the blue hills again.

My PT Sara was amazing. My first day I walked in there and did not think I was going to survive due to the amount of pain I was in. Sara made me feel at home, she listened to my need and took great care of my lower back. There were some days where both Sara and Sean challenged me and I sure did put up a fight but at the end it was all worth it because now I’m 100% cure and back to living a normal life and able to do my daily activities. If I was to recommend a PT I would definitely advice you to visit Sara or Sean a visit at Baystate physical therapy.
