“Absolutely gorgeous. My sister and brother in law just adore Luna and her flowers. They have bought from her many times. Most importantly we ordered flowers for the collation after Mom’s funeral from Luna’s in April. This purchase in September was for my sister and brother in law’s 40th anniversary. I live in Tennessee so I ordered online. I picked designer’s choice because Luna is such an artist and professional and the results did not disappoint. I included a message and instead of printing it out, it was hand written on the card. Very sweet touch. Thanks for being there at so many important moments, Luna!“

“Annabelle's Flowers is amazing. I messed up by placing the order to the wrong address. Thankfully, my order was placed to be delivered for a later date; however, by the time I realized my mistake (3 days later), I called Annabelle's and the sweetest owner answered and knew exactly which order was mine because she already uncovered the error and was planning on taking the flowers to the correct address. She was able to correct the address on my order and even made floral suggestions to improve the arrangement. I live states away and am so thankful for Annabelle's excellent customer service and agility to course correct swiftly. Highly recommend.“

Lisa sent us an email refunding us a portion of what we paid for the arrangement we were not happy with which I was very grateful and touched for her understanding. The other two arrangements were beautiful. I absolutely recommend her to anyone in the future. Thank you Lisa. What I liked about the place was I was able to look online at Teleflora and choose what I like & Lisa would would work with my selection but one of the three arrangements didn't look anything like what I picked and I couldn't call to have anything done bc I didn't see it until the services were about to start. Would have been nice if some kind of compensation or credit towards another purchase to make up for the error but she basically ignored me. Too bad. The other two were nice and pricing were reasonable.“

“Wow, I'm so impressed!!! My child's school had a Mother's Day fundraiser through Nico + Vines so naturally my husband ordered a flower arrangement from them. This was his time ordering from Nico + Vines. He said the delivery was on time and handled with care. I was floored when I got home and saw how beautiful the arrangement was. All the pastel colors and flower variation all go great together. Packaging was also lovely. I was very pleased with it, I kept looking at the flowers. The arrangement was $69 plus $10 delivery fee. I'll ask my husband to continue ordering flowers from here on all occasions.“
