Tony was an amazing find. He was so professional. He asked me all the questions he needed to help pinpoint my problems remotely. He did not make me feel computer illiterate and cheerfully walked me through and took control of my computer to correct my issues. He was courteous, smart and delivered everything I needed to correct my problems. I will certainly send more business his way. Thanks Tony Gallo.

The hardest thing when going with a new company for any service you need is wondering if they are honest, genuine, trustworthy, and fair. I was referred to Tony thru Facebook to help retrieve a few files from my computer that went missing. His price was fair, he hopped on immediately to try to solve my problem, and worked endlessly to try to find it. It couldn’t be saved because i had no default backups ever turned on ?‍♀️ and only had ever saved the file to my desktop. We finally gave up and he refused to charge me. Tony has always been good to us. We have been using his services for more than a decade, and he is always willing to fit us into his busy schedule when our computers break down, and find a great deal on a computer when it's time to upgrade.
