I had an excellent experience here. It's a large, very clean store and all of the staff members were professional and friendly. I got an eye exam, was given honest advice about my vision problems, and ordered new glasses.
Based on my interaction with the owner, this place does deserve a second visit.Though it all started with a negative experience, the immediate response from the Dr made me rethink my review.
I showed up 10 minutes late for my appointment when I actually thought I was 5 minutes early. The receptionist Told me I was late and they would not take me for my appointment. Why is it they can make you wait?
