I was told by an oral surgeon, to get my son to Milford hospital right away! His tooth has a major infection. It is so bad it is going into his eye. Well on 4-09-2024 we went right to the Milford hospital! Sitting there for 8 hours! He is starting to lose vision, the pain is the worst pain he has ever had!! They said that 3 more people were before him! Well they took 8 more people, my son has a fever is eye is swollen shut, and there is pressure in his head!!! This place is a joke. If he wasn't so fn sick I would have left. They are liars and they are ignorant!!! I am so upset, I would rather have gone to Woonsocket hospital. I wouldn't bring my rat to this place!!!
If you care about your loved ones don't bring them to this hospital! My grandfather had a stroke they misdiagnosed it called it pneumonia, didn't do an MRI scan and sent them right to a rehab. He got worse with another stroke. Years and years ago I went in having a left arm numbness problem thought I was having a little stroke. They kept me in the emergency room for roughly 5 to 6 hours tried to put me on medication I refused never told me the results and brought in a psychologist thought I was crazy. The worst hospital, I hope they're hiring quality people not just diversity hires.
A couple years ago I waited 3 or 4 hrs in the waiting room. I'm disabled. They finally triaged me and brought me in sometime later. The worst part is that I had to sit in a hall on a cheap plastic cafeteria chair for 2 hours with an empty room next to me. The ER was not a good experience. I write this review after seeing so many people have the same issue I had two years ago. The problem evidently hasn't been addressed and public relations isn't working. There's only so many times one can apologize for a system that seemingly doesn't work out well for patients.
